Refund and Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

1.  Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 1 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers / merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

2. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 1 days of receipt of products.

3. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 1 days of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

4. In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any refunds approved by to be processed to you

5. Approved refund amount will be credited to original payment method within 10 days

6. Approved Exchange/replacement product will be delivered within 10 days

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below regarding the return of items.

1. Return Window

You may return an eligible item within 3 days from the date your purchase was delivered. If 3 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we regret that we cannot accept your item for return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item you wish to return must meet the following criteria:

• It must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.
• It must be in its original, unopened packaging, with all original tags, labels, and seals intact.
• You must provide a proof of purchase, such as your order number or original receipt.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of products are exempt from returns. These include:

• Sale items: Items purchased on sale or with a significant discount are generally considered final sale and may not be returned, unless they are found to be defective.
• Personal Care & Hygiene Products (Once Opened): For health and safety reasons, items such as shampoo, conditioner, and other personal care products cannot be returned once their original seal has been broken or the product has been opened and/or used.
• Specific Categories: Other items like personalized or custom-made products, or gift cards are also non-returnable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please notify us immediately within 24-48 hours of delivery. We will provide specific instructions for returning the damaged or defective item and arrange for a resolution (e.g., replacement or refund), covering any associated return shipping costs.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process for an eligible item:

3. Await Instructions: We will then provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your return. Please do not send items back to us without first contacting our customer service team.

6. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item, or the item is defective), we will cover the cost of return shipping.

For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect product ordered by customer), the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 7 days. Estimated shipping delivery time - 15-18 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable.
