3. Appointments and Cancellations

Booking: Appointments can be made via phone, online, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

4. Fees and Payment

Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments. Payment is due at the time of service.

Refunds: Services received cannot be refunded, but we will make every effort to address any dissatisfaction within three days of the appointment.

5. Eligibility for Services and Courses

Clients: Must be of legal age or have parental consent for certain treatments.

Students: Must meet the prerequisites for each course and adhere to the academy's code of conduct.

6. Salon and Academy Rules

Conduct: Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the premises.

8. Limitation of Liability

Shanuzz Salon & Academy is not liable for any personal property lost or damaged on the premises. Clients and students are responsible for their belongings.

We welcome feedback to improve our services. Any complaints should be directed to the salon manager or academy director for resolution.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
