  • "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Shanuzz Salon & Academy.

  • "You" or "Your" refers to the clients, students, and employees engaging with our services.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

​

  • Booking: Appointments can be made via phone, online, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

4. Fees and Payment

​

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments. Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Refunds: Services received cannot be refunded, but we will make every effort to address any dissatisfaction within three days of the appointment.

5. Eligibility for Services and Courses

​

  • Clients: Must be of legal age or have parental consent for certain treatments.

  • Students: Must meet the prerequisites for each course and adhere to the academy's code of conduct.

6. Salon and Academy Rules

​

  • Conduct: Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the premises.

  • Dress Code: Employees and students are expected to adhere to the dress code as specified.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Data Use: We collect personal information to enhance our services and for communication purposes. Your information is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Shanuzz Salon & Academy is not liable for any personal property lost or damaged on the premises. Clients and students are responsible for their belongings.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions as necessary. Clients and students will be notified of significant changes.

10. Complaints and Feedback

​

  • We welcome feedback to improve our services. Any complaints should be directed to the salon manager or academy director for resolution.

9. Law and Jurisdiction

​

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
